Installation
The installation of the pre-clad structural sections and gable frames is typically completed in days rather than weeks, depending on building size and site conditions.
Foundations
Our buildings can be installed on a variety of foundation types. For permanent installations, the standard foundation is a reinforced concrete slab with a thickened perimeter edge beam.
Relocatable Design
The modular construction allows buildings to be dismantled and re-erected multiple times with minimal additional cost, making them ideal for changing site requirements.
Delivery & Programme
Standard lead time is typically 8–10 weeks, with fast on-site erection due to the efficient folding design of the building structure.
Fire Protection
Internal wall linings can be installed to achieve up to one hour fire resistance, where required by project specification or building regulations.
Turnkey Project
We offer a full turnkey service, from groundworks and manufacture through to installation and final handover of the completed building.
Planning & Local Authority Approval
All relevant drawings and structural calculations are provided for planning permission and building regulations approval.
Poor Ground Conditions
The structural design allows buildings to be erected on challenging ground conditions, including infilled or poor-bearing sites, often without the need for concrete piles.
